- 消化器系サポート薬の処方: 症状に応じて鎮痙薬、腸管吸着剤、必要に応じた抗菌薬を処方します。
点滴補水の重要性：経口補水が困難な場合
軽度の下痢であれば経口補水液（ORS）で対応できますが、急性食中毒では強い吐き気のため水分を胃に留めておくことができません。嘔吐が続いている状態で無理に水を飲むと胃を刺激し、脱水をさらに悪化させます。点滴治療は過敏になった胃腸を介さず、水分・ナトリウム・カリウムを100%血流に直接届けるため、即効性があります。
