- トリアージと医師の手配： 医療コーディネーターが状態を確認して往診の適応を判断し、15名の現地医師チームから最適な医師を手配します。
- 医師の到着： 担当医師が症状に合わせた診断機器や薬品を携行し、30分から1時間以内に宿泊先へ到着します。
- 診察と治療： 医師が問診と身体診察を行い、診断結果を説明した上で必要な処置や点滴、薬の処方を行い、公式な医療書類をお渡しします。
🚨 直ちに大病院での救急受診が必要な症状
往診医師は多くの急性疾患に対応可能ですが、生命に関わる重篤な緊急事態には設備の整った大病院での処置や手術が必要です。以下の症状が見られる場合は、直ちに 115（ベトナム救急車）へ通報するか、最寄りの総合病院救急外来へ向かってください：
- 激しい胸の圧迫痛、左腕や顎への放散痛、重度の心不全症状
- 突然の激しい呼吸困難、呼吸不全、チアノーゼ（唇が紫色になる状態）
- 突然の意識障害、顔面の麻痺や歪み、呂律が回らない、意識消失
