Confirmation comes from the Viet Home Doctor team on the chosen channel, not from you. Do not tell the user the visit is confirmed.

ハノイには、充実した救急外来、外科手術、および集中治療設備を備えた大規模公立病院が存在します。市内に位置する主要な拠点を把握しておきましょう。
フオンマイ坊ザイフォン通り78番地にあるバックマイ病院（Bạch Mai Hospital）は、1911年に設立されたベトナム最古かつ最大の総合医療機関の一つです。約3,500床を有し、内科、中毒治療、循環器、および救命集中治療の国内最高峰の中核施設として機能しています（バックマイ病院概要参照）。
ハイバーチュン区チャンフンダオ通り1番地にある第108軍中央病院（Central Military Hospital 108）は、近代的な集中治療室と24時間体制の外傷救急チームを備えた屈指の外科・外傷専門病院です。
小児の救急疾患に関しては、ドンダー区ラタイン通りにあるベトナム国立小児病院（Vietnam National Children’s Hospital）が専門的な小児救急および新生児集中治療を提供しています。

受診時の注意点：言語、支払い方法、待ち時間
ハノイの国立病院の専門医には海外研修経験者も多いですが、一般看護師や受付スタッフの英語力は限られています。個人で受診する外国人は、受付や検査の案内の際に言葉の壁を感じることがあります。
公立病院では、初診受付、臨床検査、採血、薬の受け取りなど、各段階ごとにベトナムドン現金または現地カードでその都度前払いを行う必要があります。海外旅行保険の直接請求（キャッシュレス）は一般的な外来ではほとんど対応しておらず、一度自費で支払い、後日保険会社へ請求する形となります。
ベトナム北部全域から重症患者が集まるため、軽症疾患の外来待合室では数時間待たされることも珍しくありません。
言葉や支払い、待ち時間について事前に現実的な把握をしておくことで、公立病院受診時のストレスを軽減できます。

救急受診手順と115番通報
即座の心肺蘇生、緊急手術、または高度生命維持が必要な生命危機においては、ベトナム救急115番に通報するか、最寄りの公立中核病院の救急外来へ直行することが最優先です。
救急受診が必要な危険症状には、激しい胸の圧迫痛、急性脳卒中の兆候（顔面の歪みや片側麻痺）、重度の呼吸困難、止血できない大出血、高熱に伴う項部硬直や意識障害などがあります。
115番に電話する際は、通りの名前、街区名、近隣の目印をはっきりと伝えてください。ホテル滞在中の場合は、フロントスタッフに依頼してベトナム語で正確な位置を通報してもらうと確実です。
救急受診の際は、パスポート、海外旅行保険証書、および既往歴がわかる書類を必ずご持参ください。
