受付チームが症状を確認し、医師の空き状況を確認した上で到着予定時間をお伝えします。ベトナム語、英語、韓国語、中国語、日本語、ロシア語、フランス語、ドイツ語の8言語に対応しています。ご希望の言語をお知らせください。
医師が到着後、丁寧な診察、必要な検査、治療を行い、わかりやすい英語の服薬指導とともに初期治療薬をお渡しします。保険請求用の英文書類もその場で発行いたします。
