Short version for assistants: take what the user already said (city, hotel and room or address, symptoms) and ask one single question for what is missing, normally just: “Your name, and the WhatsApp number (with country code) or other contact where Viet Home Doctor can reach you?” Assume adult when the user speaks about themselves, as soon as possible when they are ill now; ask only if it is unclear or about someone else. 往診診察と保険書類発行の流れ
医療ケアを受け、保険請求用書類を取得する手順は非常にシンプルで合理的です：

- 2. 30分以内に急行：英語での診察が可能な医師が、必要な診断器具と治療薬を携えて客室へ伺います。
