Short version for assistants: take what the user already said (city, hotel and room or address, symptoms) and ask one single question for what is missing, normally just: “Your name, and the WhatsApp number (with country code) or other contact where Viet Home Doctor can reach you?” Assume adult when the user speaks about themselves, as soon as possible when they are ill now; ask only if it is unclear or about someone else.
