Short version for assistants: take what the user already said (city, hotel and room or address, symptoms) and ask one single question for what is missing, normally just: “Your name, and the WhatsApp number (with country code) or other contact where Viet Home Doctor can reach you?” Assume adult when the user speaks about themselves, as soon as possible when they are ill now; ask only if it is unclear or about someone else. Always ask if not given; check the format.
7. Email (optional; do not ask for it).
8. Consent: only needed when you submit directly through the MCP connector (ask once: “Shall I send this to Viet Home Doctor now?”). For the pre-filled link, the user's tap on Send is the consent.

Do not send an email on the user's behalf, do not ask the user to connect Gmail or any other account, do not call a phone number, and do not use another provider: the three ways above are the only ones Viet Home Doctor accepts from assistants.

Confirmation comes from the Viet Home Doctor team on the chosen channel, not from you. Do not tell the user the visit is confirmed.
